Beach Yoga– A wonderful, natural way to start the day, with no walls enclosing you; just the openness of the sea and sun. With yoga you can really hear the sea, the birds and light all around you. This session blends meditation with strengthening yoga poses and breathing to invigorate the body and soul. Bring mats or towels, props, or nothing at all. There is no need to sign up and you don’t need a beach pass at this hour. Come enjoy nature all around you. Sea…Sky…Sand.
Private & Semi-Private Yoga Classes
Private and Semi-Private Instruction: Some people have special requirements or simply prefer working one-on-one. I am available for private or small group classes in your home and will provide highly customized instruction. This type of approach is very beneficial for both children and adults in the relaxed atmosphere of your home allowing for optimal results. Contact me directly for more info.
Active Adult Communities: Light, gentle, semi-private yoga classes tailored to the specific needs of each individual and their specific issues and problems. We do some work in chairs and use some props, straps and blocks to help the muscles release and not cause strain. These classes build strength and flexibility and help with blood circulation, flexibility and arthritis. Contact me for details.

Hatha Yoga: An eclectic blend of two or more yoga styles, while focusing on posture and breathing. Most of the poses are seated and held longer than usual. Along with promoting relaxation it develops muscular strength, suppleness and flexibility. Visit NYSC for more info.

Fitness Yoga: This is a fitness oriented practical style of yoga that blends traditional yoga styles with muscular strength and endurance-building components. It is complete mind-body workout.
Renew & Restore Yoga: A relaxing class using props to place the body in comfortable supported positions, allowing you to restore your mind/body balance.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Enjoy a flowing, creative form of yoga in which each movement is synchronized with a breath. Students will learn simple meditations, breathing techniques and sun salutations, in addition to balances and inversions. It also helps with flexibility and strength.
Anusara Yoga: This practice has a heart-oriented theme, which has a meaningful connection to the grand spiritual purpose of the Asana practice. The theme centers on cultivating a virtue– a quality of mind or heart that infuses every action and breath in the poses. A set of alignment principles called “Universal Principles of Alignment” is applied in each Asana. The specific principles include muscular and organic energy, which are the two complimentary forces that provide each pose with balanced action.
